Access Statement There is a hard surface drive from the main road to the caravan passing the front of the farmhouse. It is situated in its own private area adjacent to the farmhouse with full use of the large garden. There is a designated granite chippings area to the side of the caravan for the guests using the caravan. Walking around the other side of the van there are two entrances, one at each end. Both doors are reached by sturdy wood steps with hand rail. There are three steps to the first door and two steps to the second door. The lounge is carpeted with comfortable wrap around seating which also hosts a round dining table. Part of the seating area also converts into an additional double bed if required. There is a gas fire and colour T.V. The large end window has uninterrupted views over the countryside. The kitchen has numerous storage cupboards, gas cooker, fridge and microwave. There are all the utensils, crockery and cooking equipment that should be required stored in the kitchen area. There is a toilet/shower room with hand basin and can be heated by an electric panel heater. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. There is a dressing table with large mirror together with mirror lighting. Bedroom 2 has twin beds also with fitted wardrobe and mirror. Both bedrooms are carpeted. |
